Every year, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education provides districts with information related to compliance with the IDEA.  Following is the letter I received on Monday notifying me of our local special education determination under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA): Georgetown Public School District Meets Requirements (MR).
